This blend made with the best grapes of our vineyard in Pays d’Oc stretches across 4 departments of Languedoc Roussillon. It covers 200 km of coast and a mosaic of terroirs with many geological nuances – limestone, clay and sand. Mediterranean climate, temperate and pleasant, characterized by mild winters, warm and dry summers and an excellent sunshine rate. This Grenache rosé has an elegant aromatic nose of red fruits and is crisp and fresh on the palate with a deliciously long, fruity finish.

Cabert Friuli Pinot Grigio
This classic and refreshing style of Pinot Grigio has aromas of lemon verbena and white nectarine that lead to flavors of yellow apple, ripe citrus, and musk melon. The must is fermented separately from the skins by soft pressing, fermentation is activated by selected yeasts and takes place at cool temperature to retain fresh fruit character. Grapes for this dry white are sourced from areas with alluvial soils within the Friuli Grave region of northeastern Italy.

Fleur Pinot Noir
This wine has complex flavors of bright Bing cherry, raspberry, subtle spice and earthy aromas that conjure forest floor and black tea. The wine spent 12 months aging in 20% new French oak, which enhances palate structure and length to the finish without masking the bright red fruit notes and varietal character that we strive to preserve.

Hullabaloo Zinfandel
Hullabaloo displays aromas of boysenberry, licorice and white pepper on the nose, with well-structured flavors of wild cherry, blueberry, cola and raspberry fruit dominating the palate and ending with a nice dash of spice on the finish.

Bruni - Poggio d'Elsa Cabernet Sangiovese
Purple with ruby reflections. Dark red fruit nose with hints of herbs and spices, on a vanilla base. A wine showing notable density, gorgeous depth and richness, with soft tannins. Pairs well with appetizers, meat dish-es and game.
